Job summary

MSR Technology Group is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Lead for a long-term remote opportunity in the United States. The role requires hands-on expertise in FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS, plus leadership experience across M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, and finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Cloud EPM implementation experience.
• At least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud EPM implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
• Experience in financial consolidation, close, account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and master data governance.
• Proven experience with M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, trial balance onboarding, metadata migration, and hierarchy harmonization.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering, functional design, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
