• 7+ years of experience with Oracle EPM/Hyperion technologies.

• Expertise with Calculation Manager and business rules; Groovy scripting in EPM.
• Experience with EPM Data Integration/Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs, and Smart View.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, integration, and ongoing administration of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes, combined with hands‑on technical expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud technologies.

The consultant will work closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions and provide technical support throughout the application lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with Oracle EPM / Hyperion technologies.
• Strong techno-functional experience with Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Finance and FP&A processes, including:
• Budgeting
• Forecasting
• Management reporting
• Month-end / year-end close
• Hands‑on experience with one or more of:
• Strong experience with Calculation Manager and business rules.
• Experience with Groovy scripting in Oracle EPM.
• Strong knowledge of EPM Data Integration / Data Management.
• Experience with EPM Automate and automation.
• Experience with Oracle EPM REST APIs.
• Strong experience with Smart View.
• Knowledge of metadata management, dimensions, hierarchies, member formulas, attributes, and application configuration.
• Experience with security configuration and user access management.
• Experience integrating EPM with ERP and other enterprise applications.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with application migrations and environment management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Financials.
• Experience integrating EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Workday, or other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Essbase and multidimensional database concepts.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience developing automated EPM processes using scripting and APIs.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Oracle EPM or related Oracle certifications are a plus.
• Experience working directly with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or Corporate Planning teams.
