Job summary

New Resources Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. This remote, contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a senior functional professional who combines deep Oracle experience with effective project leadership.

You will guide projects from requirements and design through testing, deployment and go-live, partnering with stakeholders, functional teams and technical resources to deliver on time and with measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Senior-level Oracle Cloud ERP experience with a strong background in Financials, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
• Multiple Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and progression to lead/PM roles.
• Understanding ERP business processes, requirements, design, testing, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects from requirements through go-live.
• Partner with stakeholders, functional teams, and leadership to drive delivery.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, and communications, guiding the team with Oracle expertise.

Looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to lead complex Oracle Cloud ERP implementations? This role is ideal for a senior Oracle functional professional who has grown into a project leadership role and can bring both deep functional knowledge and implementation leadership experience to the table.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Senior-level experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, with a strong functional background in Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related modules
• Multiple Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, with experience progressing from functional analyst/consultant into a Functional Lead, Project Lead, and/or Project Manager role
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects from requirements and design through testing, deployment, and go-live
• Partner with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical resources, and leadership to drive project delivery
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and communication while leveraging your functional Oracle expertise to guide the project team
