Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development within Oracle Services to lead complex SAP/ERP-like projects, guiding teams from planning through delivery and closure. You will engage with clients, architects, and technology partners to ensure quality and successful outcomes across multi-vendor environments.

The role requires 4–6 years of SCM/Finance experience, hands-on Oracle Cloud/EBS, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• A 4-year bachelor's degree is required, with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 4–6 years in SCM/Finance app implementations as a Technical Lead or similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial/IT integration capacity.
• 2–3 full cycle implementations of Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud and 3–4 Oracle EBS modules experience (Order Mgmt, Pricing, Inventory, PIM, Procurement, Manufacturing).
• 2–3 years hands-on with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP.
• Proven experience with integration tools and platforms (OCI, MuleSoft, Boomi) to architect Oracle Cloud integrations.
• Knowledge of Oracle methodologies (OUM/AIM).
• Strong written/verbal communication and client service skills; ability to align business processes with technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of processes and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Provide direction to team members and ensure successful task completion.
• Travel 60–80% of the schedule as needed.
