Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a Senior Operations / Cost Analyst for government programs in Huntsville, AL. You will research cost estimates and build models to support acquisition decisions, delivering accurate, executive-ready analyses.

Candidates must hold a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, a math/OR related degree, and experience with ACE-IT cost modeling and Army acquisition processes. You’ll work with senior leaders to turn data into actionable recommendations under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field.
• Experience with ACE-IT cost modeling.
• Knowledge of U.S. Army acquisition processes.
• Experience supporting executive-level leadership and higher headquarters.
• Strong ability to independently manage complex actions and tight deadlines.
• Advanced analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and defend lifecycle cost estimates supporting acquisition decisions
• Build and maintain cost models
• Forecast future system, program, and resource costs
• Apply statistical, mathematical, regression, economic, and modeling techniques
• Analyze budget and Earned Value Management data and provide recommendations
• Prepare executive-level briefing materials, reports, and cost analyses
• Coordinate cost estimates and milestone documentation with program stakeholders
