OASYS, INC., a leading-edge government contractor in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to support Army cost-estimating efforts. You will develop, defend, and analyze lifecycle costs, applying ACE-IT, statistical methods, and EVM insights to inform acquisitions and budgets.

The role requires 9+ years of experience, DoD familiarity, and the ability to brief executive leadership. A STEM degree and active clearance are preferred to enable rapid impact on programs.

Qualifications

9+ years of related work experience.
Experience with ACE-IT cost modeling and the MS Office suite.
Experience presenting analysis to executive-level leadership.
Active Secret Clearance eligibility or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

Develop, defend, and analyze lifecycle cost estimates for Army programs.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct independent cost analyses for assigned programs.
Create cost estimates using ACE-IT and advanced methods.
Prepare briefings on program financial status, lifecycle costs, and forecasts.
Review EVM reports and advise Product Managers.
