Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Full-Time Optometrist to lead patient care and deliver high-quality eye exams in our San Diego location.

You will train staff, manage patient flow, and drive performance against patient satisfaction and sales targets while upholding brand standards.

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Optometry and demonstrate strong communication, clinical excellence, and teamwork. Competitive pay and a total rewards package are offered.
