Job summary

Walmart Vision Center in Evergreen Park, IL is seeking a Doctor of Optometry to provide evidence-based eye care, prescribe medications and treatments, and educate patients and store colleagues on eye health. • Doctoral degree in Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
• Licensed optometrist in good standing in state of practice.

• Evaluate patient eye health, perform comprehensive eye exams, and determine diagnosis.
• Maintain patient records in vision center systems and support staff.
