Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care and deliver the brand promise across our store team. You will perform comprehensive eye exams, apply current Optometric technology, and collaborate with leaders to drive patient-centered outcomes.

You will maintain licensure, participate in continuing education, and contribute to a high-performing patient experience while upholding LensCrafters’ standard of care and community presence.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
