Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in project management.
• BS in Optics, Engineering or related field.
• Ability to work across global facilities and teams.
• Strong communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple mid-sized to large projects across one or more business lines.
• Define SOW, specifications, and test requirements with management or external customers.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to production across global facilities.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and quality; report milestones and risks.
• Lead meetings and mentor junior project managers; contribute to process improvements.
