Job summary

AMD in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead cross-functional Optics programs with a focus on supplier engagement, capacity expansion, and risk mitigation. You will coordinate engineering, supply chain, and finance to ensure delivery on cost, schedule, and performance.

Successfully partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders, drive process improvements, and scale program management practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex programs with supplier engagement.
• Experience in optics, semiconductor, or tech manufacturing industries preferred.
• Proven ability to mitigate risks and manage capacity expansion.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
