Job summary

ASML Wilton is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to own functional testing and inspection processes, drive process development, stabilization, and daily performance across automated and manual testing operations.

You will collaborate with production technicians, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to define process parameters, ensure measurement stability, and lead 6P readiness and RCA initiatives for sustainable improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Optical, Materials, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in optical fabrication and functional testing.
• Experience in tooling mechanics, inspection methods, functional testing methods, and process development.
• Demonstrated ability in structured problem solving, data analysis, RCA, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build process stability that prevents FPY loss.
• Detect and eliminate sources of variation impacting FPY and yield.
• Lead structured RCA using statistical and analytical methods.
• Ensure corrective actions are verified, embedded, and sustainable.
• Own full 6P readiness for process, material, or equipment changes.
