Job summary

Patricio Enterprises seeks a Senior Systems Engineer (Level V) with deep expertise in electro‑optical and optronic systems to support the Combat Optics Team within PdM IW at Marine Corps Systems Command (Quantico, VA). The role covers optics programs from development to fielding, including image intensification, thermal imaging and laser aiming systems.

Ideal candidates have 10–12 years in DoD EO systems or 8–10 years with a Master’s degree, and DAWIA/DoD training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Optical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10–12 years of DoD electro‑optical systems engineering experience or a Master’s with 8–10 years.
• DAWIA Systems Engineering certification or equivalent DoD training (preferred).
• Proficiency with CM PRO configuration management tool; MS Office familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level electro‑optical systems engineering support across Combat Optics Team programs.
• Draft and update systems engineering documentation (SEPs, TEMs, CM plans, PDRs/PSRs).
• Provide on‑site technical support for EOSF at MCSC Quantico; conduct testing and maintenance of optic systems.
• Develop test plans and support evaluation events; analyze results for EO performance parameters.
• Support SE‑TRs; prepare briefs, minutes, and reports; manage program documentation in CM PRO.
