Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Part-Time Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead in Las Vegas to be the face of our store, guiding customers through eyewear choices with expert product knowledge and a friendly, human touch. The role requires 12 months in optical experience and adherence to state licensing as needed.

Responsibilities include achieving daily sales goals, engaging with customers, measuring for eyewear, and supporting store operations. Existing ABO certification is a plus; HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or other organization).
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continued training and development.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals.
