Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead in Raleigh to be the face of our store, guiding customers through an exceptional eyewear journey. You will apply optical knowledge to meet patient needs and drive sales while delivering a friendly, human, bold experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months optical experience or ABO certification, with strong customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Part-time role with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Customer/patient interaction experience is preferred, but not required.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales goals by delivering an excellent Customer/Patient Experience.
• Engage with patients and recommend products and services that fit eye care needs.
• Maintain product/optical knowledge through ongoing training to ensure Right the First Time eyewear.
• Support store operations including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
