Job summary

VisionWorks in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to ensure a positive customer journey in vision care. This position requires 12 months of optical experience and knowledge of eyewear products.

Qualifications

• 12 months of optical experience or ABO Certification required.
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ensure best execution of customer experience journey.
• Engage with patients to recommend appropriate eyewear.
• Measure customers for eyewear and troubleshoot needs.
• Assist in store operations including opening and closing.
