Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 6+ years of related experience; a graduate degree with 4+ years; or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 4 years of hands-on optical alignment, testing, and inspection, preferably with space-qualified systems.
• Experience with Zemax and/or Code V for design and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct optical alignment, testing and inspection of complex systems in a lab.
• Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to meet project objectives.
• Document processes and maintain traceable records of testing and results.
• Support optical design and modeling efforts and perform lab-based verification.
