Qualifications

• Hands-on lab bring-up and system-level validation of high-speed networking hardware.
• Experience with optical transceivers and SerDes testing.
• Ability to develop automation scripts for test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead bring-up, validation, and characterization of Silicon One ASICs with high-speed optical transceivers.
• Measure eye quality, BER, and link margins on 112G/224G PAM4 channels.
• Develop Python/C/C++ test automation and control lab equipment.
• Perform system stress tests across temperature, voltage, and traffic corners.
• Debug hardware, SI, and optical-link issues during prototype bring-up.
• Collaborate with architecture, SI, board design, software/diagnostics, and manufacturing.
