Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leveraging AI tools and LLMs to accelerate development and automate tasks.
• Hands-on Azure experience with Function Apps, Automation, Logic Apps and Azure DevOps.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and building cohesive technical ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end health, stability and scalability of operational systems and tools.
• Lead design and development of automated and self-service AI-driven workflows.
• Manage ticketing and integrations, driving process automation and efficiency.
• Plan work in two-week sprints balancing reliability with continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product and Engineering to translate needs into solutions.
