PayJoy, Inc. is seeking an Automation Engineer (Tools Specialist) to bridge low-code automation and software development across 9 countries.

You will own PHP/Python APIs, Zendesk AI Agents, IVR platforms, and N8N/Make workflows to deliver AI-powered, data-driven CX solutions with strong autonomy. Join the Global Tools team to design automated flows, build RESTful APIs, and collaborate across Brazil, South Africa, and Colombia.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English required for cross-country collaboration.
• Strong autonomy and end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with CX, fintech, or operations-embedded teams.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain low-code automation workflows (N8N, Make) and chatbot flows.
• Develop RESTful APIs for bots and IVR (PHP stack).
• Contribute to Generative AI integrations and knowledge base management.
• Document PRDs in Confluence and ship with tests.
• Coordinate with CX Ops across time zones and countries.
• Manage Jira backlog within Scrum ceremonies and report impact metrics.
