Job summary

ANSER is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to support NAWCAD at Webster Outlying Field (WOLF). The role focuses on mathematical modeling, optimization, data analysis, and development of decision-support software to aid management decisions and program evaluations.

You will work in a hybrid setting with several days in the office and commute within ~50 miles of the Webster Field area, contributing to C5ISR-related mission support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 10+ years of relevant DoD-related experience or a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience applying mathematical modeling and optimizing methods to support management decision-making.
• Experience developing or supporting decision-support software, services, or products.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and optimizing methods to support management decision-making, policy formulation, and managerial functions.
• Collect and evaluate data to support decision-making and Division objectives.
• Develop decision-support software, services, and/or products.
• Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation or implementation.
• Develop methodologies and frameworks to address Division objectives and drive results.
• Apply analytical methods to support Division requirements and objectives.
• Support information-sharing objectives involving data sharing and collaboration.
• Develop and interpret analytical information using modeling and optimization methods.
• Support program evaluation and implementation through analytical techniques.
