Job summary

Coinbase Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to scale our regulated business under MAS, overseeing trading, staking, and custody operations with rigorous controls.

In this role you will design and implement operating frameworks, supervise teams, manage risk, and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Security to deliver compliant, resilient services across intragroup and partner providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in MAS-regulated capital markets operations.
• Proven ability to design and implement operational frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supervising teams in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations within CBSG ensuring MAS compliance.
• Implement policies, procedures, SLAs, and risk management.
• Establish supervision frameworks for trading, staking, custody.
• Build resilience frameworks including contingency planning and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate incident responses with regulators and providers.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, Security to manage operations and risk initiatives.
• Support first-line-of-defense during launches, staffing, and audits.
