Qualifications

• 2+ years of managerial experience in the short-term rental industry or hospitality.
• Hospitality experience required.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate cross-functional tasks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the designated Temecula area.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset turnover processes and conduct inspections for guest-ready conditions.
• Inspect properties to maintain brand standards for maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping.
• Review property administration and maintenance to ensure policy compliance.
• Resolve guest experience issues when needed.
• Provide operational insight to owners and respond to owner requests.
• Participate in property financial performance and review monthly owner statements.
• Handle supply chain tasks for properties.
• Prioritize, execute, and delegate tasks.
• Prepare and conduct meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
