FIELDTRIP Hospitality LLC is seeking a Full-Time Operations Manager to lead ground operations in Temecula, with responsibilities for inspections, turnover workflows, branding, supply chain, and guest services. The role requires hands-on fieldwork, vendor relations, and strong project management to maintain Fieldtrip’s premium short-term rental standards.

You will work under the market Senior Ops Manager, travel within the area, and be a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in short-term rental or hotel operations.
• Bachelor or Associate Degree or job experience that required analytical skill sets.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and with a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ground operations of Temecula properties under the Senior Ops Manager.
• Inspect properties to ensure brand standards, maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping quality.
• Audit property administrative and maintenance areas for policy compliance.
• Ensure guest experience by auditing properties and responding to concerns promptly.
• Proactively identify and solve issues; assist with supply chain tasks.
