Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a fast-paced, growth-focused leadership program. You will rotate through plasma centers nationwide, gaining hands-on experience under senior leadership and mentoring opportunities.

After completing the program, you will transition into a Plasma Center Operations Manager role and relocate to a BioLife location. The program emphasizes leadership development, cross-center collaboration, and building a strong network

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasional lifting up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
• 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear due to potential bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program spanning multiple plasma centers.
• Develop leadership and operational skills to progress to Plasma Center Operations Manager.
• Engage in team management, staff planning, recruiting, and retention activities.
• Provide operational support, management training, and problem-solving with senior management.
• Support exceptional customer service by retaining donors and assisting with production as needed.
• Travel across the country and networking opportunities with BioLife team members.
