Job summary

Hirebridge seeks a Senior Director of Operations to drive performance for a high-volume, multi-concept restaurant business with $10M+ annual sales. You will partner with ownership to lead the operation, sales growth, and profitability across hospitality, events, and guest experience.

The role requires a track record of developing leaders, managing P&L, and delivering strategic initiatives that elevate service standards, cost control, and overall business value.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of Director of Operations / Multi Unit Manager experience with a high-volume restaurant brand.
• 7-10+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven experience leading $10M+ restaurant operations and multiple concepts.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience developing General Managers and senior culinary leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end performance and daily operations of a $10M+ restaurant business.
• Lead as the senior owner-facing executive across sales, profitability, people, and growth.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, guest counts, and profitability.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and key financial metrics.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top management talent.
