Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Senior Director of Operations for a high-volume, multi-concept restaurant business with over $10M in annual sales. The role oversees all facets of operations, private events, marketing, and guest experience, reporting directly to ownership.

Strong leadership and financial management are essential as the leader drives growth, profitability, and annual performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of Director of Operations / Multi Unit Manager experience.
• 7 - 10+ years of restaurant management experience
• Proven experience leading $10M+ high-volume restaurant operations
• Experience directly managing General Managers and senior culinary leaders

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end performance and daily operations of a $10M+ restaurant business.
• Act as the senior business leader on behalf of ownership across sales, profitability, people, operations and growth.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, guest counts, revenue and profitability.
• Own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and key financial metrics.
• Lead recruitment, development and retention of senior leadership team.
• Drive service excellence and consistent standards for hospitality, food quality and guest experience.
