Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Senior Director of Operations for a high-volume, family-owned restaurant group in the Charleston area. The role oversees operations, sales growth, profitability, marketing, private events, culinary execution, and guest experience across multiple concepts.

Ideal candidates have extensive multi-unit restaurant leadership, strong P&L and budgeting skills, and a track record of improving service standards and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership with multi-unit oversight.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
• Experience leading $10M+ high-volume restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top management talent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end performance of a $10M+ restaurant business.
• Lead owners' strategic objectives across sales, profitability, and growth.
• Drive marketing, private events, and guest experience improvements.
• Develop and implement SOPs, training, and leadership development programs.
• Manage and mentor General Managers, Culinary Director, and senior leaders.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor and COGS performance.
