Job summary

Talkiatry seeks a Sr. Manager, Operational Programs to own and improve high-priority programs touching clinicians, patients, and internal teams. You’ll troubleshoot issues, then strengthen the system with data-driven improvements across Data, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Quantitative and rigorous; use metrics and dashboards to set priorities.
• Builder-operator with 4–6+ years in consulting, operations, PM, or implementation.
• Systems thinker who connects workflows, data, tools and people for lasting change.
• Automation and AI instinct; quick to learn new technology and apply it.
• Cross-functional operator who earns trust through prep and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Run high-priority programs and own the day-to-day operations.
• Turn data into insight with dashboards and reporting for decisions.
• Diagnose root causes, simplify processes, and remove manual steps.
• Automate repetitive work with automation, AI, and better tooling.
