Job summary

Pie Insurance is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Program Manager to drive cross-functional improvement initiatives from discovery to delivery. This remote US role bridges operational execution with strategic enterprise thinking, building stakeholder relationships to enable scalable change.

You will lead 10–12 major transformation programs annually, apply Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies, and coach teams across multiple domains to realize measurable value over time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or program management.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Six Sigma/Lean or PMI credentials with demonstrated multi-domain impact.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence programs across 2+ domains using our proprietary model.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to build improvement portfolios and drive value.
• Execute 10-12 major transformation programs annually with sustained impact.
• Achieve measurable efficiency gains across domains within the first year.
• Manage complex challenges end to end from discovery to delivery.
• Coach stakeholders on advanced methodologies and foster organizational learning.
• Integrate AI-assisted design and automation where appropriate.
