Job summary

Pie Insurance seeks a Senior Operational Excellence Program Manager to drive cross-functional operational improvement initiatives across multiple business domains. You will design and implement programs that scale efficiency and create lasting value, bridging execution with enterprise strategy.

The role emphasizes strongest stakeholder influence, coaching, and deployment of Lean Six Sigma and AI-enabled tooling to redesign workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operational excellence and program management across multiple domains.
• 3+ years of program leadership managing multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Six Sigma Master Black Belt / Lean / PMP or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Proven track record leading large-scale cross-domain transformation programs with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional operational excellence programs across 2+ domains.
• Coordinate teams to build improvement portfolios aligned with objectives.
• Execute 10-12 major transformation programs annually with sustained impact.
• Achieve measurable efficiency gains across domains within the first year.
• Coach teams on methodologies and drive adoption of improvements.
• Develop strategic communications for executive stakeholders.
