Job summary

Prologis is seeking an Operations Construction Manager to ensure properties are move-in ready by coordinating tenant improvements and capital projects. You will work with leasing, property management, and maintenance to keep buildings best in class and tenants happy.

The role focuses on managing schedules, cost tracking, and procurement, with emphasis on safety and timely delivery of projects across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial real estate or owner representation preferred.
• Experience with Tenant Improvements, renovations, and related construction work.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject‑matter expertise on construction activities to the CET.
• Give updates on planned and in‑progress projects to stakeholders.
• Plan budgets for tenant and market‑ready improvement projects.
• Coordinate internal and external resources including designers, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Develop schedules and provide cost estimates for pre‑construction and TI projects.
• Promote safety culture and ensure high customer satisfaction on each project.
