Forged Fiber is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence across Engineering & Construction. The role partners with Engineering, Construction, PM, and Operations Excellence to improve end-to-end processes, reduce cycle time, and enable scalable, standardized ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
• Experience supporting Engineering, Construction, Network, or Infrastructure teams.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and trends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; dashboards and reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for E&C operational processes across planning, design, build, and close-out phases.
• Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Develop, track, and report KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Standardize processes, job aids, and documentation with cross-functional teams.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and executive summaries.
• Support change management with communications, training, and adoption tracking.
• Identify gaps in tools and data and drive sustainable solutions across teams.
• Support network build, construction readiness, and scalability initiatives.
