Fortrea is seeking an Ophthalmology Sr. CRA with 4+ years of clinical monitoring experience to join our East Coast team. You will oversee site monitoring, manage data quality, and ensure regulatory compliance across oncology-focused trials, with occasional overnight travel.

The role emphasizes clinical judgment, a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with sites and sponsors. Remote work on the East Coast is supported with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Clinical Monitoring experience.
• Oncology experience, early phase preferred.
• 30-50% overnight travel.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage all aspects of site monitoring including pre-study/initiation visits and close-out.
• Ensure safety procedures, informed consent, and regulatory compliance across trials.
• Maintain study files and data integrity in CRFs and data management systems.
• Coordinate with sites, vendors, and project plans to ensure protocol adherence and data quality.
• Assist with training of staff and act as local client contact as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
