Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in operational consulting, process improvement, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic assessments of client operations to identify key areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, Lean implementation, and quality management.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new operational models.
