Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to provide OpEx resources across projects in a single BU or multiple small BUs. The role sits primarily in the office and requires leadership, strategic thinking, and deep construction industry knowledge.

You will drive risk management, process improvements, and coaching of teams while aligning OpEx initiatives with Gilbane’s goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Management (required).
• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry or equivalent.
• Experience leading operational excellence initiatives across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify project risks for Health Assessments and develop resolutions.
• Review client feedback and ensure follow-up to exceed expectations.
• Ensure strategic plans are implemented and followed.
• Contribute to OpEx peer group meetings and share learnings.
• Develop and implement process improvements with project teams.
• Coach and develop team members and foster a positive environment.
