Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Management is required.
• 10+ years of construction industry experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Identify project risks for Health Assessments and develop resolutions.
• Review client feedback and develop plans to exceed expectations.
• Implement and monitor strategic plans across projects.
• Lead OpEx peer group meetings and share lessons learned.
• Develop process improvements with project teams.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
