The position requires one year of specialized Federal experience coordinating taskings via ETMS2, along with briefing senior leaders and developing readiness dashboards. Strong policy interpretation and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

One year of specialized experience in the Federal service including advising senior leadership and coordinating internal command and Joint Staff taskings via ETMS2.
Experience analyzing manpower, force-structure, organizational-design, and staffing to support USSOUTHCOM priorities.
Interpreting and implementing DoD/Joint Staff personnel policies to develop compliance procedures and workforce dashboards.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior executive advisor to the J3 Chief of Staff providing high-level analytical and strategic support.
Advise on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and readiness reporting to improve mission execution.
Coordinate internal command and Joint Staff taskings and develop workforce dashboards and reporting tools.
