Job summary

LMI seeks a Senior Force Management Operations Lead to design and execute a Joint-wide workforce strategy for AI, autonomy, cyber, digital engineering and acquisition talent. You will run sourcing actions, manage the nomination pipeline, and build data-driven workforce models aligned to demand.

This on-site Tampa role requires TS/SCI clearance and periodic travel. You will deliver governance, SOPs, and senior leader briefings, coordinating with J1, J3, J8, and service organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, workforce analytics, business administration, public administration, operations research, management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years of experience in force management, manpower, personnel operations, workforce planning, talent management, or related DoD function.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience supporting Joint, Service, combatant command, or SOF manpower and personnel processes.
• Experience developing workforce requirements, skill inventories, staffing models, sourcing strategies, and senior leader recommendations.
• Ability to analyze workforce data and convert findings into decision-ready products and executable actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of an integrated workforce strategy for AI, autonomy, cyber, digital engineering, acquisition, and related mission areas.
• Translate mission requirements into manpower demand, skill requirements, and sourcing priorities.
• Coordinate sourcing and nomination actions across services, combatant commands, and mission partners.
• Manage end-to-end nomination pipeline from candidate identification to onboarding and integration tracking.
• Establish non-traditional talent pathways and governance for workforce management.
• Maintain an authoritative inventory of talent, skills, gaps, vacancies, and succession needs.
• Develop workforce models and dashboards aligned to capability needs and forecasted demand.
• Prepare workforce assessments and senior leader briefing materials.
• Coordinate with J1, J3, J8, J9 and service organizations to resolve talent issues.
• Develop SOPs, performance measures, and operating rhythms for workforce sourcing.
