Job summary

The Cooper Companies Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize Operations systems across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehousing.

The role emphasizes system design, IT solution delivery, and ensuring interfaces with corporate systems are fit for purpose. You will lead requirements, develop functional specifications, and collaborate with global teams to implement changes, reporting on project progress and issues.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive proven experience in operations/logistics IT including WMS, WCS, and interfaces to ERP systems and automation.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience required, SCM and AWM.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing, training, and documentation activities for local/global projects.
• Support Hypercare for global D365 F&O implementations, including office hours support for SuperUsers.
• Develop and manage reports using Business Objects/Power BI and SQL.
• Communicate and apply project standards to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead coordination with internal and vendor teams to implement changes.
