Glocomms is partnering with an established technology organization to hire a Senior Business Systems Analyst. You will support enterprise ERP and manufacturing systems, collaborating with business and technology teams to improve processes and drive ERP modernization.

You will analyze requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support implementation, testing, and production support across supply chain and manufacturing domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting ERP platforms in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and order management processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and developing functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related manufacturing technologies.
• Experience working with system integrations and enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Experience supporting Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting large-scale business transformation or ERP modernization initiatives.
