Prime Video is seeking a Sr. Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives that scale the Prime Video business.

You will own mechanisms, lead GTM planning and execution for high-priority initiatives, and deliver cross-functional programs impacting customer experience and business outcomes. Qualifications

• 6+ years of business strategy or non-tech program management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders.
• Experience in the entertainment industry.
• Experience building and owning business review mechanisms and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business planning processes including annual and quarterly planning and reviews.
• Design, build, and maintain executive reporting mechanisms for leadership insights.
• Lead cross-functional programs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and speed time-to-market.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Content, Marketing, and Technology to align priorities and execute plans.
• Build and improve repeatable mechanisms (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) for accountability.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and influence across levels of the organization.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation for continuity.
• Lead retrospectives and translate findings into process improvements.
