The role focuses on improving systems, processes, and best practices for organizational well-being across multiple lines of business for federal and commercial clients. Required is a Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience and ability to obtain customer clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight to ten years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance.

Responsibilities

• Owns daily operations processes and routine products to ensure precise flow of operations for leaders.
• Analyzes short-, mid-, and long-range planning to anticipate issues and devise solutions.
• Prepares and delivers briefs based on stakeholder discussions and feedback to PM and DPM.
• Reviews issues and recommends improvements to enhance leadership performance.
