Job summary

Intrepid Solutions and Services LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the US Army TENCAP program in Alexandria, VA. The role focuses on rapidly exploiting national capabilities, managing tasks, and organizing critical information through SharePoint and TEAMS while coordinating with senior officials.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in executive office operations, 8+ years with Microsoft Office, and active TS/SCI clearance; a Bachelor's with extensive experience is required,

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree + 8 years of work experience OR 12 years of work experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience providing operations support for an executive office.
• 8+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, disseminate, and process taskers using ETMS2 or similar tool.
• Perform Knowledge Management to organize and distribute critical documents in SharePoint/TEAMS.
• Consolidate inputs and prepare WARs and reports for Higher Headquarters.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with local and remote participants.
• Attend and participate in weekly ISW operations synchronization meetings.
• Prepare and maintain PM SSE Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Coordinate engagements by external visitors, including high-level officials.
• Coordinate events and ceremonies; provide backup for Administrative Officer duties.
