Qualifications

• 1 year experience with MS Office tools.
• Series 99, 6, or 7 licensed.
• Ability to multi-task while meeting regulatory deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-resolution, organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level operational, customer service, and administrative support.
• Daily processing of department work including journal entries and account processing.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers including registered representatives regarding account status, changes, etc.
• Perform research on customer accounts.
• Partner with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Comply with processes and regulatory requirements.
