Job summary

Navigator Development Group Inc. seeks a Senior Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Mission Command Exercises at Fort Bragg, NC. The role requires active SECRET clearance and full-time schedule.

The candidate will work within Special Operations and adjacent units to plan, coordinate, and execute mission-focused exercises. Minimum education is an associate degree or fifteen years of related military experience substituting for a degree.

Qualifications

• Graduate of US Army Special Forces Qualifying Course (18A) or equivalent.
• Graduate of an officer's intermediate course or Senior Service College, or Special Forces WO Advanced Course.
• Graduate of NCO Education System courses: First Sergeant Course or Sergeants Major Course.

Minimum Education Requirement

• Associate degree or fifteen years of related military experience may substitute for academic degree.

Special Skills/Qualifications Required

• Graduate of U.S. Army Special Forces Qualifying Course (Officer 18A, Warrant Officer 180A, Noncommissioned Officer 18 series Military Occupation Specialties).
• Graduate of a U.S. military officer's intermediate course or Senior Service College, or Special Forces Warrant Officer Advanced Course, or from one of the following U.S. military Noncommissioned Officer Education System courses: First Sergeant Course or Sergeants Major Course.

Minimal Background/Experience Required

• Assignment to Special Operations Forces (Special Forces, Psychological Operations, Civil Affairs, Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Aviation, Special Mission units), or assignment to one of the following: Military Intelligence, Logistics Corps, Field Artillery. (Equivalent assignments within other Department of War military branches apply.)

Additional Desired Qualifications/Experience

• Two years of experience researching, planning, preparing, coordinating, and executing MRX(s).
