Qualifications

• 5-8 years of operations, back-office, or reconciliation experience within asset management or investment banking.
• Strong knowledge of IBOR, portfolio accounting, cash, P&L, and fund accounting.
• Experience across multiple asset classes, including fixed income and derivatives; advanced Excel and reconciliation platforms; SQL/Power BI/Alteryx preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own daily reconciliation, break investigation, and resolution across positions, cash, transactions, tax lots, P&L, and related investment data.
• Identify recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and partner with internal teams, Technology, and external providers to reduce repeat breaks.
• Monitor aged and high-risk breaks, elevate issues appropriately, and communicate key metrics, risks, and resolution status.
• Support control standards, procedure documentation, process improvements, and change initiatives, including system migrations.
