Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial analysis across the real estate portfolio and reconcile actuals to forecasts.
• Build and maintain rolling CAPEX and OPEX forecasts across the global portfolio.
• Maintain annual CAPEX and OPEX project budget trackers and roadmaps.
• Partner with departments to prepare and process monthly accruals for real estate and facilities expenses.
• Deliver monthly financial summaries and variance commentary to leadership.
