• Conduct category and supplier analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation, and performance improvement.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality performance and compliance with contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Monitor market trends to identify risks and opportunities in procurement.
• Evaluate vendors based on research and alignment with PayPal’s goals and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures for compliance.
• Analyze spend data and procurement metrics to track performance and report to senior management.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and the team.
