Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, invites you to join a high‑impact team driving large cross‑functional operations projects. The Senior Project Manager - Operations will plan, coordinate and deliver initiatives that improve efficiency and reliability.

This onsite role reports to the Operations PMO leader and is based in Coralville, IA, Fargo, ND, Raleigh, NC, or Madison, WI. A bachelor’s degree and five years’ PM experience are expected; DBS certification is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, operations, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Project management experience, five years preferred.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools; focus on process improvement and manufacturing initiatives.
• DBS certification and ability to apply traditional, agile, or hybrid approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage global operations projects across multiple functions.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, schedule, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for execution.
• Track risks and issues and escalate through governance channels.
• Provide timely project status reporting including milestones and delivery health.
• Ensure projects follow defined delivery methodologies and governance processes.
